Call me air. I grew up in Katy, a suburb just outside of Houston. Growing up in a Filipino household taught me how to be willing to try any food without being squeamish. I’ve always shown an open mind and fascination about the diversity of cuisines across the world, and I constantly seek out something new to try.
After finishing my degree at UT Dallas, I moved from Richardson to Carrollton. Both suburbs have a phenomenal selection of food, and overall, the metroplex has plenty of wonderful food throughout the area. Work also sends me across the U.S, so I make the best of it and try to seek out good finds for food and beer. I may also look like I only focus on small, hole-in-the-wall, type restaurants, but I do occasionally venture into fine dining and tasting menus from time to time.
